cnn.com — If you're like us, you eat out more than ever—and, as nice as it is to not have to cook, those meals out can actually feel like work. How do you navigate the minefields of huge portions, hidden fats, and sky-high sodium levels?

Damn it. Get home from work as a waiter at Olive Garden. Get on digg. Instantly recognize the Venitian Apricot Chicken before I even can look at anything else.

Actually, the bathrooms in the Olive Garden are really nice. I'd take a dump in them if I weren't so afraid of public defecation.

Huge portions are my kind of minefield.

I detest fruit on meat, the sweet ruins the flavor of the meat.

"But the point of this article was pointing out restaurants that don't fall into that generalization..."One problem: they include Olive Garden, which automatically destroys any credibility they had. Olive Garden is truly stunning... There's nothing particularly complicated about Italian cooking, yet they manage to completely trash the cuisine and end up with something completely bland and revolting. Olive Garden is the epitome of trash chain restaurants.
