No, they need to be deported and let their country take care of them. ALL companies in this country need to pay a hefty fine when they are caught hiring illegals. E-Verify is FREE. If there are no jobs, they will go home. Problem solved. Also, according to your logic, it's okay that hospitals are footing the bill for expensive treatments for illegals, even though they are going out of business. Jobs are lost. Enough PC bulls**t.

Of course, in the US, you'd have to wait FOREVER for surgery if you don't have insurance. Suddenly waiting a month or two doesn't seem so bad.It's also worth noting that Canada DOES have private insurance companies and private doctors. If you want to pay for it (it's exponentially cheaper than insurance in the US), you can have immediate care / surgery / whatever you like. So you have the option - you can have it fast or you can have it free. For people that can't afford fast, free is a great option however long it takes. Much better than the US system where people who can't afford insurance are SOL.

Nobody wants the jobs they provide- if they did we wouldn't have a problem.The problem is that people want a wage for a job that is unattainable. You can't make 50 bucks an hour laying bricks or working in a coal mine.The future of our economy is in science, technology and R&D and we are fighting over who get to be a waitress.
