I am shocked...SHOCKED to see that Congress got such an abysmal rating. After all, the Democrats are in charge now. Certainly, the people have see the wonderful achievements that Pelosi and co. have produced. They love children, the elderly, and endangered animals. All they want to do is make sure everyone has quality, affordable healthcare and a little puppy too. Why don't people like them? [sniffle]/s
