rawstory.com— Birthers beware: Hawaii may start ignoring your repeated requests for proof that President Barack Obama was born here.

@Kasha34I don't need to be an attorney to understand the meaning of Prima Fascie evidence. It's really quite simple (as is most law if you bother to read it):It means that, unless you have evidence that would bring into doubt the authenticity of the information on the CoLB, it is to be considered the original, as verified by the State of Hawaii.Saying that the plaintiffs don't have standing is exactly the same thing - because they have no evidence to contradict the CoLB, they have no standing upon which to file suit. Until such time as one of the Plaintiffs has evidence to back their accusations, they'll NEVER have standing.
You verified my point to a tee. Anyone with a head on their shoulders has dropped it. "1-3 people a day (mostly from other states, FTA) sent in letters. That's out of a nation of 300,000,000. So in a busy week for the nuts 0.00000001% of the country is sending in letters asking for proof. It's a complete non-story that Diggers and Liberals use to bash Conservatives. Yet here it is on the front page. DROP IT.
@Mosley2The Hawaii state department that issues birth certificates disagrees with you. Have you no ability to do any research? Are you incapable of nothing more than repeating the lies WorldNetDaily spews?Hawaii Department of Health spokeswoman Janice Okubo: "That (what was posted on the Internet) is considered a birth certificate from the state of Hawaii.""There's only one form of birth certificate," she said, "and it's been the same since the 1980s. Birth certificates evolve over the decades," she said, "and there are no doubt differences between the way birth certificates looked when Obama was born and now.""When you request a birth certificate, the one you get looks exactly like the one posted on his site," she said. "That's the birth certificate."As for the theory that Obama's original birth certificate might show he was foreign-born, Okubo said the "Certification of Live Birth" would say so. Obama's does not. Again, it says he was born in Honolulu. http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements ...
@Mosley2No, the law states that the President must be a natural born citizen. US Code Title 8 Section 1401, as revised by Public Law 99-653 (which was made retroactive to 1951), clearly shows that Obama is a natural born citizen due to the citizenship of his mother, no matter where he was born.
@kilgoretrout666Since you seem genuinely stupid enough to not know what Deathfrogg meant, let me clarify, that he is comparing you and your people with nazis. See, because we defeated the nazis in '45, and then in the 50's and so, we started letting any and all Germans (From the west Germany areas) come to America, which allowed for some Nazis to end up on American soil. I personally think it's presumptuous to believe that all conservatives and nationalists are nazis, but I thought it was a cleverly disguised reference, so I dugg him.As for the country, and why people in other countries hate us, I'm afraid that's true. They do still realize that we pretty much run the world, but that simply makes them despise us more, since we're using our power in ways they aren't fond of (Such as 'liberating' countries that don't ask for it. And before you say it, Iraq only had a small minority of its people who were in support of us when we went there. The news skewed the stats). People don't like this super-militaristic system that was set up primarily by conservatives (Although the liberals are equally responsible for continuing it and not cutting our overinflated military budget, which is more than the combined military budgets of all the other countries on the planet). So yeah. People do hate us in other countries. Just because you don't see them doesn't mean they aren't there.
