this is stupid but dont dig me down:- rice and fruits are full of starch and sugar, they are easy energy sources that your body turns into fat, if anything you should be eating mad seafood and white meat as thats protein and it takes energy to metabolize it making u slimmer-no snacks: i say eat when and how much not unhealthy, if ur hungry between meals get some fruit instead of cookies and a glass of water instead of juice or pop, eat healthy but eat enough so ur not hungry. If you do not snack your metabolism shuts slows down so u metabolize energy much more slowly.- gym or home excersise, tone muscle, if u have more muscle it takes energy to sustain it so u wont have a tendency to get fat again as your muscle increases ur energy requirements and youll look better.Im sure you can loose weight through this stupid diet but majority of the weight you will loose is muscle, not fat.

Spreading your meals to 5 sounds like a good idea. That way there is less time for snacking between meals.
