A guy I work with created this hydrogen contraption that he hooks into the fuel line or something. Not sure exactly how it works, but I can tell you he gets an additional 5 MPG. He's McGuyver!

Don't know if this counts, but I find I get moer MPG with higher octane fuel, that and I'm a pathological liar

Yes I have... Beano...i haven't had to fart in quite some time...saving about a gallon a month....I can now go to taco bell without fear of reprisal.

I've been using about 2 oz. of Acetone with every fill up (12 gal). I was initially skeptical, but it I gave it a shot with one of my older cheaper cars (!986 Toyota P/U). I managed to increase the trucks MPG by about 5 miles. It's been about 4 months and so far so good...Do your own research and decide for yourself.
