aolnews.com — One year after electing him to office, voters have grown tired of President Barack Obama, or more precisely, his agenda to "transform" the US. So much so, in fact, that the 1946 slogan is again finding traction. With a nod to the ubiquitous Obama campaign logo, the simple question that frustrated Republicans, Democrats and Independents are asking..

Twilight Zone, you're one of those guys that can't be argued with. I rarely resort to attacking the opponent, but you're either being difficult on purpose or are a complete moron. Either way, quit wasting people's time. You know full well that job loss during Obama's first term cannot POSSIBLY be blamed on him. Get your head out of your ass.

It's an opinion piece, not news. Is O'Reilly or Hannity news? No, it's opinion.

Republicans are against everything in the HCR bills. Everything. Why would any of them vote for it? That's like asking a Democrat to vote for the flat tax, or overturning Roe v. Wade, etc.

@ Twilight ZoneDude, your total destruction of diskoh was awesome. I like the pathetic response from the other liberal man-child. Keep it up.

That assumes that *everyone* is always going to tow the party line.. which is a pretty retarded assumption. "The Dims" aren't nearly as good at falling into line behind the piss-poor ideas of their party leadership as Republicans are. But then again, if think "The Dims," is witty, I don't know why I'd expect a logical response.

Let's look at the facts here. In 2008, Obama was elected overwhelmingly by "newbie" voters who thought it would be totally awesome to elect a progressive black, one-term senator with no discernable governing skills. He was the "coolest" choice, remember? Our American President won the election with the weakest political base in our country: 18 to 24 year old Internet boomers who have no mortgages, jobs that fled to other countries, or kids in college, or earn $250K per year, and most importantly, they don't give a rip about healthcare reform, or TORT reform, or trade reform, or campaign reform, or any reform whatsover because...THEY ARE NOT OLD ENOUGH TO BE REFORMISTS! They have zero political collateral, a miniscule tax base, and zero influence in congress, which is becoming painfully clear to all of us. Another obvious fact is: You need a "political" strength to influence Congress. Political prowess comes from 3 sources: 1.Family (Roosevelt, Kennedy,) 2. Party Power Base ( historical experience or years of service in Congress). 3. A popular war. If you do not posess one of these cards, you will never accomplish your agenda as a president Period. End of story.
