zcommunications.org — "It should be made clear that neither Hamas nor the Palestinian government in Gaza denies the Nazi Holocaust. The Holocaust was not only a crime against humanity but one of the most abhorrent crimes in modern history. We condemn it as we condemn every abuse of humanity and all forms of discrimination..."

It's nice that they condemn the holocaust but it would make me much happier if they stopped shooting rockets at Israeli citizens. It's one thing fighting an oppressing army, and something else entirely to kill innocent people without distinction. And I really believe Israel should negotiate with them or whoever attacks us - but it would be nice if Europeans and Americans worldwide would stop talking about this situation as if Israel is attacking and barricading the Palestinians for nothing - They are suicide bombing on us, shooting rockets at us and abducting our soldiers without giving them basic humanitarian rights. How can you say Israel is worst? Because they are like this I really don't have a choice but to join the army - I'm against what Israel is doing and am not a Zionist but I need to protect my friends and family - does that not make sense to you?

Why don't you finish the quote douchebag, "If the holocaust happened as Israel supporters claim" That's the problem, you're the person who calls someone a holocaust denier because they don't believe EVERYTHING they're told about it. Personally I've heard 10 million jews killed, then 3 million, then 6 million, so which is it? Am I a holocaust denier now because I'm not sure which one to believe? I guess it can work for me too though, since I'm black, i can say whatever I want about slavery and if you disagree with me, then you're a slavery denier!!!!!

wrongie...writie...you left out the next line which indicated that the use of the term "shoa" from Vilnai implied catastrophe, not the common use of the term "Shoah", referencing the Holocaust.

Why did Israel embark on the military operation in Gaza?Over the past 8 years, Israel?s peacemaking attempts have been answered with a series of terror attacks by Hamas and other Palestinian terrorist organizations. Israel, which aspires to peaceful and good neighborly relations with the Palestinian people, has persistently continued its efforts to achieve peace. In August 2005, we unilaterally evacuated all the Jewish settlements in Gaza without placing any conditional demands on the Palestinian leadership, thinking that this move would serve the cause of peace. Since then, the Hamas organization has invested all its finances and efforts in attacking Israel rather than building and developing Gaza for the sake of a better life for its residents, and acted against the Palestinian Authority, even expelling its officials from Gaza using violence and its familiar methods of terror. Despite Hamas? open declaration that its goal is the destruction of the State of Israel, I continue to believe that peace is in the interests of the Palestinian people, of Israel, and of the entire region.
