Gears of War had sold roughly 4 Million copies by May of this year, it being the biggest Xbox 360 seller ever. GTA IV? The combined PS3 and Xbox 360 total runs a distant second. Could Halo 3 be the biggest game release of all time?

Sure. But if you pre-ordered, why didn't you learn from the first two that it isn't necessary?I mean that both sarcastically and truthfully as you'll be able to walk into any shop and buy Halo 3 on release day unless you wanted the ripoff Legendary Edition.

No kidding, it's not like there will be any shortage of the regular edition on release day. Those things will be EVERYWHERE. You'll probably be able to buy a copy while you're waiting in line at Walmart.

Not to sound like a fanboy or anything, but I guess you get what you pay for. Meanwhile, I'll be playing Warhawk on my PS3 with 32 other people online for free! Now the PS3 doesn't sound like such a bad deal does it?
