thecitizen.com — A sinister bill working its way through the House may eventually serve as a companion piece to the Department of Homeland Security’s “Rightwing Extremist” report that labels veterans and advocates of the Second Amendment as dangerous terrorists — H.R. 2159, The Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009.

This is the type of bill that some dips**t introduces EVERY year and that NEVER passes. Moreover, it was introduced by a Republican, so the idea that this is meant to coincide with some "Rightwing Extremist" watch list is preposterous. What this IS is more fuel to the fire in attempting to panic uninformed, misguided second-amendment activists into going out and buying up everything on the shelf at the local gun store. Which they're already doing. And really, go ahead and do it if you want to... I guess you're helping the economy.

*HAD* an anti US Constitutionalist president, you mean. This bill was sponsored by a Republican, Peter Kinghttp://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h111 ...As for the “Rightwing Extremist” report, it was created in January 2007, during the Bush II administration. Check it out: Download the report from WingNutDaily or where-ever, and click on the Document Properties. What was released was merely the latest revision.

I'm sorry, but where in this bill does it target "veterans?" Not only in this bill is "veteran" not mentioned, it is not mentioned in Title 18 USC §922, which is modified by his bill.
