I just tried calling a South Korea mobile number. It didn't go through. Then I called a Taiwan landline with no problems. I looked on the site and it doesn't mention anything about only being able to call landline phones but I suspect that the only "catch" (if you can really call it one).
Considering how many countries are on the list, it's not terribly many differences. Sure, identical was the wrong word to use in that context, but it was late and I was tired. Everyone makes mistakes. It's still a list of differences, and it's still fairly small compared to the full size of the list (they are approx 20% different)
Sorry to report this one, but the numbers are SOOOOOOOOOOO busy it isn't even worth the long distance call to hear, sorry, it's busy... click! Especially if your wasting your cell phone minutes each time!
