All Elgato products *except* the EZ have a live buffer. Even the original USB 1.0 eyeTV, which I still own, has a live TV buffer. Their products are every bit as good as having a Tivo, just without wishlists. And just to clarify, the remote GuineaPig linked to is the on-screen remote that you control with your mouse.

I've got to wonder why you would want this when you can use the far superior Front Row, unless for some reason you have to use MCE's built in TV recording, which you could just use some Mac software to do and watch with Front Row..

Put straight up XP (Pro or Home) on your Mac, make the necessary disks, wipe out your XP partition, install XPMCE, done!
