That's probably because those letters are located in such a way that both are possibilities when the letters for BOOB are selected.

Any similar combination of letters will cause a match like that. YOYO, GAGA, BOBO, MAMA, DODO... As long as the pattern matches, it'll cause a matching card/word combo.
