joystiq.com — Joystiq puts two and two together to figure out that Guitar Hero II's final challenge will be Megadeth's face-meltingly (?) difficult song, "Hangar 18" ... "Hangar 18" has eleven guitar solos in it. My fingers hurt thinking about it.

I'll buy this game JUST for Hangar 18. I'm going to see Megadeth on Gigantour and I can't wait! The final boss should have been Holy Wars though. That song is crazy also. Dave Mustaine is an insane guitarist.

Maybe because some people don't have the time it takes to learn how to actually play a guitar and be good at it. There are things called a job and responsibilities.

This is so stupid. This retarded game is nothing like playing Guitar for real.

It's not supposed to be. DDR is nothing like dancing for real. You just step on a few buttons, but it's still fun. This is like DDR for your fingers.

Alex Lifeson completely kicks ass. People are going to want to learn to play the real thing once they hear YYZ.

The solo from Slayer's Angel of Death would have been insane too.Maybe Van Halen's Eruption?

Can't believe nobody's mentioned Frets on Fire yet.http://louhi.kempele.fi/~skyostil/uv/fretsonfire/It's basically a free version of Guitar Hero. You hold your keyboard like a guitar and use the F1, F2, F3, F4, and F5 keys to play the right note. And of course once you've beaten the songs the game comes with, you can import more from this fansite. I especially love playing the Duke Nukem theme :)http://keyboardsonfire.net/They have instructions for making your own songs, too.Have fun.
