this list is full of bulls**t and misconceptions. For instance, human beings are NOT zero emissions as they claim. Every time I breathe CO2 is emitted. Eat it, hippies.
Hmmm, I'm all for green travel - but the "take a train instead of an airplane" one is a load of crap.It says "that way you can use travel time productively instead of waiting in queue for checkin and baggage," yeah - plus you know - you'll have that whole extra day of travel to make good use of too. I was looking at the options recently for a trip (west coast from midwest) and I thought it would be fun to take a train, since I've never really been on one before. Well, not only did the trip go from 8 hours to 28 hours but it cost almost exactly as much as taking a plane. I sorta assumed with it being so much slower it would be a lot cheaper.
LOL @ I'm going to stick my carbon footprint up your ass if you people keep telling me I have to give up my liberties because of some whack job theory.

you want us to get on that for transportation?

Premium gas does NOT give you better gas mileage than regular gas. Buried as inaccurate.http://www.cartalk.com/content/features/premium/my ...

That's only helpful when it's really cold. Car Talk says a minute when its single-digits or lower is sufficient. If the situation will allow, drive gingerly for a minute or so, that way you're moving as the car is warming and not damaging your components with high RPM and insufficient lube. Ouch!http://www.cartalk.com/content/features/fueleconom ...

You are right: keeping on destroying the planet is more practical.
