fairconvention.org — The court action was prompted by multiple reports of Election Code violations from around the state at county and senate district Republican Conventions in March. Previous attempts to ensure their enforcement at the state convention in June have met with inexplicable resistance from the Republican Party of Texas' leadership.

What a wonderful idea - the grassroots of the party actually insisting that the GOP live by our our own rules and letting the people decide how the party will be run and who will represent us! What an opportunity to move the ship of state to the right and restore the republic too. For Life and Liberty!

The Republican Party officials state they are the party of law and order. They have shown themselves to lack integrity in practically every primary and convention across the country. When the party is devoid of integrity and above its own rules how can we expect to elect government officials that will comply with their oath of office, with their party's platform, and, most importantly, in the best interest of their constituencies? To allow these political parties to only serve the interest of the party officials is contrary to the expectations for a Representative Republic. It is time to enforce and follow the rules, all the RULES! No wonder, George Bush refuses to protect our own borders.
