Those are not headlights it's one big light source. If you want proof look at the angle of the shadow on the strap and his legs they point to 30 degrees, which means the shadow should fall much higher on the wall. For the shadow to be where it is your light source would need to be higher than the statue and pointing down from about 45 degrees.I am a photographer for a living btw... to get shadows that deep you need a very powerful light, much brighter than a street light. Those shadows are bulls**t. Look at the trees shadow on the right you can see details in the blacks, this has been photoshoped. Your all just pissed cause i didn't give the guy props, i swear if i wanted to get diggs i would have just posted a lame comment like 'wow great idea!! you own the streets it reminds me of Banksy 2.0.' The shadows suck a big dick.
