Arnold, please read the bills before you veto them. SB 840 is not socialized medizine. The government does not run this type of proposed health care system. Doctors and hospitals remain private! And patients can choose their own doctors. All SB 840 does is take the profits from the insurance companies and HMOs, and uses the money to provide all Californians with health care, including dental. This program would actually save California over $8,000,000,000 (just goes to show how much insurance companies are ripping off the people of California!) in the first year alone, and there were already studies done to prove this number. Sorry to say, you sold out the people of California on this one.
