Yeah I can't wait for google internet. You can definitely count on it being like at least 2x as fast as the crap we get here now in the US.. Don't get me wrong my 6.5mbps connection is good. But we have the technology to do 20x that.. Probably more, and I think google will be the one that changes this!!
I would like to go see that movie. The hero?....I know!.....Flipper! The heroine teaches flipper how to solder underwater and how to read schematics. He swims and swims through tourtuous obstacles and angry fish that lay on the bottom of the ocean. He arrives to the repair site with his tools only to realize he left his meter back in the car.....but not to worry! Flipper saves the day, stopping the flow of electricity and stray Google internet from leaking into the ocean. Flipper returns to shore triumphant and the heroine rides off on Flippers back into the sunset.....the end/
I never knew Google was involved with running data lines across nations. Wow, goes to show you how much bandwidth they need to handle all the search volume.
