Now, all that is required, is, put in a decent cam, around 8gb of internal, open source OS with 3rd party support, good design, free software, and there you've got it, the ultimate phone.
I believe they filed it in a way that made it difficult to trace back to Google, not exactly a bullet proof method, but efficient at at least delaying the news of it to the general population.
