if you check netcraft.com for www.google.com their web server also states it is a GWS/2.1<a class="user" href="http://toolbar.netcraft.com/site_report?url=http://www.google.com.">http://toolbar.netcraft.com/site_report?url=http://www.google.com.</a> While the article posted is useless this piece of info is good to know.
