Firefox is still my preferred browser (thanks to its many useful add ons), but Chrome certainly has its place - especially on lower spec'ed machines.Gospel. Freekin Gospel.
I use both a pc and mac. I like Safari but also now use Chrome on my mac. It works well but but does crash a bit more than it's pc counterpart and has a some plugin issues.

The new firefox 3.5 caused all sorts of problems on my computer, so I replaced it with chrome and am happy with its performance.
