google.com— they changed it so a sidebar doesnt open up any more but now you go to another page that asks you what you want and shows a little preview picture

it still needs some kind of human filtration, whether they are editor reviews, user contributed, or featured (based on popularity or rating)... google never standardized a UI (font, or spacing), and since its such an open platform to make gadgets (and anyone can submit) : there is no standard of quality, or anythingits just a mess, much like google videos
Yeah, i just noticed this and was going to submit it to digg, but you got to it first.Dracula: Huh? Google personalized page along with gmail are my two favorite google services. and you don't know what you're talking about, there are hundreds of gadgets that have been made by others for it, there is even a gadget you can add that allows you to specify your own UI (spacing, font, size, etc.).

Hmmm... It hasn't changed for me. I still get a sidebar that slides into view when I click the "Add Content" link.
