adsense.blogspot.com — The practice of placing images above or next to adsense banners has been around for a while — the idea is to trick visitors into thinking that the Googe Ads are clickable image captions. Now, Google has officially announced that the practice is NO LONGER allowed.

they could, you know, email EVERYONE about the changes. I wouldn't have even seen this and now I question my own website. I guess they'll just randomly close my account someday and state that I'm breaking the rules.

I think this is great, but aren't Google basically reducing their adsense profits as there would be so many people that accidentally click on them using this method.http://www.digglism.com/

The problem with this policy is that it contradicts statements Google has made in the past on the issue. At times Google has even demonstrated Adsense implementation using images next to ads. How long are they going to give publishers to get rid of the images? Will they give warnings before banning them? If Yahoo and Microsoft didn't have their heads stuffed into their large intestines they could have used this to grab market share by poaching some very profitable publishers. http://zenmed-acne-scar-treatment.com
