yeah, the "copying" claim is a little overused these days. That is, unless you want to call all internal-combustion automakers since Etienne Lenoir "copiers," or authors, filmmakers, anyone who does something someone else has already done. This is the nature of things - if you can improve upon an existing "thing" go right ahead. The market will choose the winner. Now, if they were going to create a proprietary audio format, say, GAC, that you could download from gTunes and play on your gPod, then it's a little valid, but to start levelling charges against a RUMORED future service...

Google could start selling bottled air and every geek on earth would be in line... It's amazing how people are influenced by brands, even before they release the new product. If Google is going to sustain it's current valuation and stock price, it's going to have to become the next Microsoft. It's only a matter of time before they become "evil". It's inevitable once a company goes public...
