The US government seems to. They could easily hand out a subpoena and get all my data. Or just ask for it, like they did when Yahoo and MSN gave out the search records. AT&T even installs wiretapping hardware in their facilities, according to a former employee. Like the saying goes, it's better to be safe than sorry.
I am still not sure about this kind of web-applications. Would people in corporate would like to make their official details visible to google? Am sure spreadsheets and other web-aps which google is buying is not going to take it anywhere. A file sharing site might put google on top.
