It's definitely happening. I'm on Cox in San Diego and I've noticed it all day today and not with Torrents, just regular surfing. I've also noticed Youtube vids are loading very slowly. The only other choice I have is AT&T. Anybody have any comments on AT&T?

I'm not defending Congress, but Google also wastes money.

very true. I retract my statement on google/youtube "violating" free speech. But then I would have to add, google then supports the kind of censorship that would've been their downfall. Google came into power because of people's free speech overtaking yahoo in the search engine marketshare years ago. We made google what they are today. To see google putting up fences on youtube is their prerogative but I find that ironic.
