Not completely. I work with disabled people, some visually impaired using speech or braille output, others not being able to physically use a mouse but are able to use a adapted or on-screen keyboard. Great feature for them. (If we get the screen readers to follow the 'cursor' in the search results)

the keyboard shortcuts are neat, though not likely to be used unless ur browsing for why your mouse isn't working
