The only Chrome feature that I really want in Firefox is separate processes for each tab. And the ability to see what tab is going nuts when when I notice performance issues that the browser is causing. Everything else, especially the user interface, is just stuff that I would have to get used to or wouldn't really use.

It depends on the extension really. Some are known to cause performance hits like firebug.
