"We form governments to discourage aggression, repel actual aggressors, and punish those who have violated the moral code."gov'ts are the most agressive forces on the planet - it is gov'ts who are without ethics and gov'ts who have made themselves above the rule of law - and the people have allowed it. there can never be a gov't without force, never be a gov't that does not fringe upon the rights of the individual, and so there can never be a good gov't. the one created by the founders of the us (a constitutional republic) was one of the most brilliantly designed gov'ts in history and the people couldn't keep it. all gov't enslaves, if only to various degrees.
