I recommend a great free program called The GodFather. Although extremely effective at renaming files/tag information and full of features.

I've been using Godfather for the past few months. I'm not sure how it compares to others, as I have previously only used dbPowerAmps ID3 tag editor. Godfather is much better and suits me needs just fine.

I use Collectorz.com's MP3 Collector, and it converted my 4000+ mp3 collection with the proper tags in a few seconds. Very good program!
