The bailout will only perpetuate this problem and make things worst. I don't understand how some people are so eager to give Wall Street billions without any commitment to fixing the real problem at hand. This isn't randomly generated play-money being printed, this is the economic well being of the U.S. on the line as well as the rest of the world. Get your wheelbarrows ready.

5, 8 and 11 don't really apply to the US (not yet at least.) Those were true of some fascist regimes of the early- to mid-20th century, but they're not necessary for fascism generally.American fascism will not espouse a single religious sect (it can't, we have too many different churches) and it's not necessary for it to be sexist.Also intellectualism and the arts don't need to be suppressed. Americans in general aren't that interested in those things to begin with. Blame the TV.

You forgot the "eternal vigilance" part. We supported institutionalized fraud for many years. The money is now long gone. The chance we had of forcing the corrupt to pay for their actions went away quite a while ago.
