I think the Jedi and Sith in the movies aren't really applying themselves. Granted, we saw a bunch of tossing very heavy objects around and Vader force crushing a few droids and pieces of medical equipment, but nothing like tearing up a room with one blast of lightning.

Well there were some very interesting scenes involving pussy vader frolicking on a grassy fields with his bitch...and endless political ramblings. A worthy trade off for badassery involving force powers I think you'll agree.
