Would be nice since those spammers get around certain spam filters lately by purposely mis-spelling drug names like Viagra and Cialis.

I can't believe how many diggs this has. Just go to the labs and check it out. Loads of useful additions, known about this for a while. It is a great idea although I've never used it.
