I believe one who looks at that graph can come to a conclusion: The CRU has modified the data in a attempt to exaggerate warming over the last 100+ years. Darwin 0 from Australia has also had this same fudge factor. New Zealand and Russia are also finding manipulation of temperature readings from the raw data.
