I heard he does that kind of stuff. I wouldn't normally think that's true, but he hasn't denied it so it must be true!

am I the only one who saw the title and the thumbnail and thought he used to be black?

I thought that the title and the thumbnail were related... Wait for it, wait for it...Somebody must have already mentioned this, but I don't care enough to check.

You know, a high proportion of my comments on digg are responses to idiots like you. That kinda explains the insults. My guess, you probably are a racist, but that has nothing to do with your posts on Van Jones. You're obviously too stupid to realize that your convoluted argument is a 50-50 mix of troll and straw man*. As such, it's not worth responding to seriously. At best, it's worth only ridicule and insult.*I'd explain the straw man fallacy to you, but who are we kidding? It's not like you have the mental capacity required to make sense of rudimentary concepts of rational discourse.

The point isn't so much that your default comment is insulting. The point is that your insults are boring and generic. You could sprinkle them at random against anyone not a lefty/lib like you. And the generic comment would fit just as well (or as poorly) as anywhere else. You made guesses, inaccurate, about my "mental capacity". I have some intuitions about your personality. You have a need for other people to like and admire you, and yet you tend to be critical of yourself, as you're aware you've done little to cause people to like and admire you. While you have some personality weaknesses you've been generally able to compensate for them. Until, that is, you discovered Digg.com.You've been told you have considerable unused capacity that you have not turned to your advantage. And you have a sneaking suspicion that was exaggerated. Disciplined and self-controlled on the outside, you tend to be worrisome and insecure on the inside. You know you're faking it, and you're afraid that the little you've garnered by bullying the very few people weaker than you will be taken away. You also pride yourself as an independent thinker; but then you accept others' statements without satisfactory proof. You have found it unwise to be too frank in revealing yourself to others. When they see the real you, they are disappointed.

The best I can do? It's the best you're worth. But I did it for my own enjoyment. You never deigned to tell me which "straw man" argument you mean.

I can't say that I am a fan of Glenn Beck. Do I listen to him on an occasion, yes I do? Do I think he is over the top at times, yes I do? But what I do and would encourage any other true mature individual to do is, "eat the chicken and spit out the bones." I know that statement isn't fancy enough for the self described elitist on Digg. I didn't use any $10 words. Just because someone doesn't fit our picture perfect mold doesn't mean we should dismiss them. At times, there is value to what they say!! Glenn Beck does have some value to what he says.

Racism and religion, two of the most vicious opiates to ever afflict a nation. And he's still hooked on both.
