I've got a better idea. Ron Paul as Treasurer of the United States. The Secretary of the Treasury is a separate entity. He is not a U.S. citizen or American National and has no oath of allegiance to the constitution. As he works for the privately owned World Bank and the I.M.F. it would be a conflict of interest.
