If the GOP is still the party of...well, unfortunately it's not anymore. The GOP likes to spend money just the like Democrats as they proved when they were in power the last few years. Sure there are some Republicans that really believe the Republican Party plank of small government, individual rights, etc. still matters. But, there are only a few. Most GOP politicians talk the talk but suck at walking the walk.Concerning the article's premise, you NEVER give a communist a chance to fix things. There is a reason why they call his policies liberal...and it isn't because they would work. It's because they won't work. How do we know? It's all been tried before.
