Who said God is here to help anybody? Which theory is more complicated? God? No God? Randomness? Religion is more of a leap of faith than pure logic. Using your logic I can even assume God is the more logical solution to the random violence. The Occam's Razor is an old argument which can go both ways and does not convince EITHER side. My original argument is even following Christian doctrine this crazy lady had it wrong when she decided faith alone was going to heal her daughter. I'm tired of hearing people trying to disprove things that are impossible to disprove. Why does God kill babies? Who knows, maybe god eats them for lunch, doesn't mean he/she doesn't exist.

It is truly sad, any time a child dies it is sad. I believe in God and am as conservative as can be when it comes to interpretation of the Bible, but i think that sometimes God expects us to do what makes sense. If my child is sick, I am going to take him or her to the hospital. Our chidren are a gift from God we are expected to take care of them. It is frustrating that every one here seems to think Christians are the evil of this world, but I do not accept that. I live a good life, I love others b4 myself, and try to good in this world and i think any one who is truly living the Christian walk does the same. People do bad things in the name of God, but they are not endorsed by God.
