If you judged every movie star and boycotted their movies for stupid s**t that they did or said.. you would never watch a movie again.. personally I look past him being a dick because I like the Mad Max series and would love to see another installment. The only thing that Gibson brings to the table is making the series seem complete by using the same actor for all movies. But even with that I will still think he is a despicable person.
I loved the original, thought Road Warrior was pretty good and am still trying to forget Thunderdome...That said I'd check out the new one with or without Gibson.
