img46.echo.cx— Turned off by QuickTime's nag screens and resource hog background app? Your worries are over -- Apple has axed the nag screens and included a way to turn off the "QT Agent" background service entirely.

Could always just go with Quicktime Alternative w/ MPC, and use ffdshow for the h.264 codec. Just a suggestion of course, Not saying quicktime sucks and you suck for using it like most people do, since that's all up to you.Anyhoo, as Jazza said, They have given you that option for some time now.
Everyone, follow what master Kevin does. And btw, the question was rethorical, if not sarcastic. 57 diggs and on...The voice of the majority is no proof of...diggability.PFFT.I'm out of here.
""each day, digg is becoming a tech news site for farkin' n00bs">>You mean 'f**king'?"Someone's been on fark.com too long. LOL!"I would've thought that most people would've known how to do this as well but to ask "who needs a digg on how to untick a check box" is a pretty useless question as I see at least 56 people that found this to be helpful"56 people out of how many diggers visiting this site? Seriously, if there were a button that allowed me to vote that I _didn't_ digg this post, I'd gladly click it and move on.
Well clearly that's because your one of the idiots from fark yourself just waiting for the next boobies link to be posted, if you had half a brain you would understand that what makes Digg work the way its supposed to is people digg what they find helpful. To the "The voice of the majority is no proof of...diggability" response, you sir are an dumb ass, that is EXACTLY what makes digg.com what it is, it's what separates it from slashdot and all those other tech news sites, its news by the people for the people. you need not respond
so what if their ""n00bs"" or script kiddys like you? I have compiled in 5+ languages and never turned off QTs nag cause it didn't bother me to make one click.. When you get a job and stop crying about lost girl friends, these little things such as QT nags matter less and less. Let digg report to the masses of newbs, cause someday they might be your boss. Btw, Kevin Rose gives a good amount of dough to the digg domain cause. Look at his textamerica pics!
