If someone emails your Boxbe1 address, they are given the option of paying a fee (mine is set at 10 cents, of which I receive 75 percent) or completing a test to prove you’re a human (a captcha). So basically, the fee will only come into play for mass marketing

Signed up and have seen 96% reduction in spam delivery already. That's significant because I get thousands a day. I sorta doubt any of them will actually pay to get the spam delivered, but that's okay. So far I'm not getting the dang things in my inbox -- whitelist works well though -- and I will gladly delete what does make it for a small fee! Better than deleting for free..
