I went to Yale, I lived next to the tomb, I am a Native American, then I quit Yale.. I saw Tap night where they select the new members along with all the other "secret societies" They're called secret societies because despite everyone knowing who is in the society and some of their rituals and initiations, we don't know EVERYTHING. Is Skull and Bones a stupid club for rich, ignorant, self-serving jerks? Yes. Is Yale? No...many of the kids there have parents with money, but there are plenty there who deserve to be there solely based on merit. I don't think anyone should accuse Yale of being just a "rich kid only school" the atmosphere and student body is much different than one would expect. How many of you have ever stepped foot on Yale's Campus? The one thing that does need to change not only at Yale, but in our society in general, is our treatment of Native Americans. Why are we denied basic rights when it comes to things like this? As someone stated earlier how would society react if a Native went and dug up someone from Arlington? I promise you, those responsible would end up dead. If I were to dig up anyone to make a statement about this..it would be Grant... don't get me started on him..

Denied basic rights? How is an isolated crime denying a basic right? As far as I can tell, there's no certain evidence that these are, in fact, Geronimo's bones. If they are his bones, then yes, it's a disgusting travesty and it is just plain grave robbing and the bones should absolutely be returned to the family for proper burial. Those responsible for the theft are sadly long dead, so they cannot be punished. But what the f**k got you speaking about rights? How aren't Native Americans in possession of the same human rights as the rest of us? I don't see any unfair treatment of Natives in the modern day. Yes, horrible things were done, but what's happening NOW, to YOU, that you're talking about?

I wonder how much longer the world will put up with these families that seek power and exploitation. So happy Bush had daughters.
