slashfilm.com — ?I haven?t even told Steven or Harrison this,? Lucas told Fox News. ?But I have an idea to make Shia [LeBeouf] the lead character next time and have Harrison [Ford] come back like Sean Connery did in the last movie. I can see it working out.? Harrison Ford told USA Today in April that he also might consider a fifth installment of Indiana Jones.

It doesn't matter if the added effects were "fairly good" or even if they were mindblowing. What matters is that they aren't award-winning, award-deserving special effects that brought new life to damn near everything at the movies. The original ones were.

1- I never thought I'd say this, but Lucas needs to be shot. 2- HARRISON FORD IS TO OLD!!!! WTF is he gonna do with the next movies? Swing his corpse around with that rusty whip?! 3- That freaking Disney Channel kid is annoying me. (I HATE the Disney channel franchise) 4- WTF is up with all these idiot directors remaking all these films? MAKE SOMETHING NEW FOR FREAKS SAKE!

Crystal Skull was an okay movie...it had original elements and with throwbacks to the old movies. Problem is, it got the wrong mix. Lucas has to quit with heavy-handed CGI...he's drinking his own Kool Aid. Spielberg had the smarts to realize at first that the old method was worth reviving. The technology, no matter how good ILM has it, is NO WHERE NEAR replicating the superior film editing back in the day.Go back to the old methods of production and rely a lot LESS on the CGI, and I guarantee Shia LeBeouf will act better and Harrison Ford will age better.
