youtube.com — Gen. Wesley Clark appears on "Morning Joe" and takes on John McCain on his national security claims, on flip-flopping on torture, and on foreign policy. The pundits try to throw Clark off his game but he holds on strong and makes a compelling argument.

I once launched a campaign against the Brotherhood of Nod. I should get a title like that.

That's a ridiculous statement. You can be a great soldier and things still happen. That goes in any line of work. If the world was based solely on your actions, then perhaps your statement would be valid.

i never understood how being a POW made john mccain capable of understanding foreign policy.... considering he changed his views on torture more than once its safe to say the guys got no credibility whatsoever in the subject, and that results from him being a man far from principled.

Very well said. There are times when presenting both sides of an issue is inconsistent with objectivity and is instead manufacturing a false debate.

Peruvianidol, would people want a new, green-behind-the-ears pilot to be flying them on a 500-passenger jetliner like the 747? Probably not. Would a freshly graduated college student be the best and wisest choice to be CEO of a large corporation like CitiBank or General Electrics? Probably not.I think experience does matter.

Beedeecee, to my knowledge, I haven't heard Obama claim experience either for he has none. However, I believe that Clark's criticism of McCain's "lack of experience", which is highly debatable considering on how you define "experience", is still disingenuous because it's accusing McCain of not having something that Obama has none of.Who cares whether Obama says he does or does not have experience. The fact is he has almost none. McCain, on the other hand, undeniably does have experience in making decisions and understanding foreign policy (hence his claims of experience), though perhaps not in the sense of conducting wars like the General has done.

Every dead soldier would be, what ineffectual? You're not only wrong, you're vastly ignorant.
