I just started using virtual credit cards online. I log into my CC provider's site and generate a temporary number and assign a maximum dollar value to it. Glad I'm finally getting with the program.I've ordered from Geeks in the past. Hope my REAL number isn't in their database anymore.

This just goes to show security on the web isn't always what it is advertised to be. The question still remains, how much privacy are you willing to give up for maximum protection online?
