MySpace has always been very insecure and easilly hacked. They used to allow Javascript in your profile (terrible design decision). When they still allowed Javascript I found a way to make people add me as a friend, but didn't leave the code up for very long. Interesting that there was still a way to get Javascript in, even after they supposedly disabled it.They disabled Javascript when they finally realized they just couldn't filter it well enough to avoid hacks. There was a hack that allows people to see who visited your profile (sends your cookie to a remote site), which worked with Javascript. This Javascript-in-CSS hack just shows that this was still possible all this time. Also, people who have Javascript in their page from before they disabled still have it, because they didn't go through and clean up everyone's account. Instead, they only filter when you edit your profile.Looks like the same kind of hacks are still possible...MySpace = insecure
Best yet. Myspace will not let me post the flaw. I post it and my post either get deleted within a couple hours or will not show up at all. I had to actually copy the text and put it on a new site just to get it posted. Key words seem to set MYSPACE sensors off. They are really trying to control the people on there. I hope Orkut eventually gets popular. There is no one on there yet and I don;t like several things about the way Orkut is now. Myspace is downright unstable. Eric Wilson
If My Space is so insecure and easy to hack, then does this one still work? And if not, are there any new hacks? I'd love to screw around with that just to see how far it can go. Though I don't know anything about hacking or codes or any of the technical terminology. Any suggestions?P.S.: And it'd be nice to not include the "_____ is my hero", because without that, many people would probably not even notice that their amount of friends has increased by one. :)
I'd like to say Thank you for the awesome post!Very useful.I have found this websites is quite interesting and with great offers.WorldWideWebAddress.com
