yeah, the gears of war page looks the same as the halo 3 page, but it doesn't give you the option to add the game or card to your cart from that page :(and is halo 3 really coming out on 11/15/2007? that's a LOOOOOOONG ass preorder.

It is a fairly short game to get through the story, probably 6-8 hours. That said, I'm having a lot of fun playing through again in Hardcore. Probably will give it a shot again in Insane, and try to fill out the rest of the achievements. I haven't even gotten to the Live stuff yet. All in all I'm not dissapointed at all.

Let me restate that:It's not too easy, or too hard... till you get to General RAAM.I've been trying to kill this damn thing for over an hour now. No other boss has taken me this long to figure out. The Berserker initially took about 10 mins. The Corpser was 2 tries, maybe 5 mins total. This guy is just... WTF.

The xbox live marketplace is the place where you buy items for games, full arcade games and many other things. Music, movies and tv shows are just some of the new items.

I'll just buy the game for $39.99 on buy.com using the Google Checkout promo. No tax this way either.

Okay. Added to Cart yet no discount applied for the Points. Called Cust Serv. Gave them the link and now I've been on hold for about 30 minutes? SideNote: Does MS & BB use the same Cust Support Service? Someone came back now .... Basically she told me that she does not show this sale in her system. (FYI i gave her the link to see for herself the deal) She said she is forwarding it to their Research Team and that I should receive an email tomorrow regarding this matter. I asked for and received a reference # for the matter so I can follow-up myself. She stated she could do nothing to offer me the same deal at the this time. I kindly went on a rant about "are there any other deals on the website that will not be actually honored by Best Buy?" you know so I know what to order and not to order. She didnt find the humor. So now I will sit back and wait until I get my Research email tomorrow or call back in. The great thing is my 360 is off being repaired due to the Red Lights of Death and Its been gone since GOW came out so I havent purchased the game yet. Getting 1600 points for free with the new Movie & TV Download service would be worth the hassle I've endured for this system lately.
