gamesradar.com — Problem is, the nerds and dorks tend to have a lot more free time - and passion - than the teachers and professors. The end result? A hilariously skewed, terrifyingly twisted view of the world in which all the wrong things are deemed "important" and worthy of serious academic discussion. Here are 15 mind-boggling examples.

Why is he assuming the amount of words = importance?Sometimes important things are simple, and less important things have a lot of minor details to be described. Some of the more important things are important enough to link to sub-pages too. What a hilariously skewed, terrifyingly twisted view of wikipedia.

i think the topic header points to itself: "the nerds and dorks tend to have a lot more free time - and passion - than the teachers and professors. The end result? A hilariously skewed, terrifyingly twisted view of the world in which all the wrong things are deemed "important" and worthy of serious academic discussion".. well howdy doody by digging a link to a wikipedia thingy, sounds like the same 'nerds and dorks' who post this same kind of lame article are themselves the nerds and dorks the article is complaining about. thus this one is buried.

looks like someone can't lighten up. All those articles on that site are long, many more than 5 pages.

To be fair, World War II did indeed own humans. World War II killed approximately 60 million humans. Humans only killed two world wars. That's a slaughter.

Really stupid article. As everyone else has said, word count != importance/quality. I can't believe this got so many diggs. Buried.
