From what I can remember, it's actually only the people on the ground that see a giant talking cloud. It's actually an illusion and not really Galactus. Fire comes raining down from the sky and this is all a distraction while Galactus sucks the life out of the core of the planet with a series of drills and pipes around the planet. Reed realizes this and makes some kind of device that allows the FF to see the real Galactus. Then with the help of the Silver Surfer they drive away the planet devourer. Silver Surfer convinces him to go elsewhere. As a result he is banished to stay in the Earth's atmosphere. It is only much later that he is able to escape the atmosphere and soar the cosmos once more. I think this little news/rumor snippet is regarding this, and not the idea that the Fantastic Four will be fighting against a giant cloud. Don't you all get your panties in a twist.

NO NO NO NO!!!!! They nailed the Silver Surfer's look would it be so hard to stick to Galactus's classic appearance? For one thing sticking close to the source material seems to be a formula for successful comic book adaptations such as 300, batman begins and Spider-man.

I am a comic book fan I enjoyed the first movie I will enjoy the second get over it until you actually see the movie then you bash it to hell for all I care.
